We ship everywhere around the world*, offering express shipping for all orders. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
SHIPPING FAQs
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
We want you to have your new product as soon as possible. All our products are handmade and made to your order. Production time takes 5-10 business days for harnesses and accessorises and 2-4 weeks for lingerie. In-stock items typically ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping is handled through DHL Express Delivery. It costs 35-50$. We also offer free standard shipping (excluding Poland, Finland, Australia and New Zealand).
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Yes, the customer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no condivol over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.
Our products will be shipped from Tbilisi, Georgia, or our atelier in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery company DHL Express currently takes 5-6 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping takes between 2-5 weeks depending on your location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
IF I DIDN'T PICK UP THE PARCEL?
If you hadn't picked up the parcel in time, it returned to us and you refuses to pay for the repeated delivery.
If you didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and you refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) - the order gets annulled with no refunds.
Orders that are rejected or returned due to non payment of duties will be liable for any shipping/duties/holding fees incurred as well as an administrative fee of 20.00 USD.
